The Warranty is further conditioned upon the following: i) Prints must have been kept under glass with an archival mat to keep the Print from touching the glass, ii) Prints must have been kept out of direct sunlight and exposure to extreme heat, cold, humidity and chemical fumes.

Further, the Company does not warranty anything beyond the physical Print itself.  The Company takes every precaution to use quality materials but shall not be responsible for damage or malfunction or consequential damage resulting from matting, mounting, framing, glass or hanging hardware.

The Company shall not be responsible for damage or injury, to persons or property,  resulting from a Print falling, and related debris from such a fall, due to improper framing, mounting or hanging, faulty hardware or handling.

The venue for any litigation regarding the enforcement of this Warranty shall be the courts of the City of Richmond, Virginia.

NOTE: In the extremely rare event of a print fading or changing color prematurely please follow the follow these steps.

-At the customers expense, the customer, or a professional framer, should take the Print out of the frame and mat and carefully roll and put in a 3 or 4 inch diameter tube and ship the Print to the Company via a trackable shipper, such as Fed-x or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.

-If upon receipt and inspection of the Print there proves to be a defective photo (at the sole and absolute discretion of the Company) , the Company shall print a copy of the Print and ship it to you for a reasonable reprint and shipping charge, which fees must be paid before the replacement Print is shipped.

Now that all the required tough talk is done, we at Kenneth Smiegowski Studios, LLC would like to assure you that if in the unlikely event you have a problem, every effort will be made to make you happy.  Our expectation, based on the extremely high quality materials used in the production of  these images are that any photo you purchase will easily last longer than you will.  All I ask is that you display it with the same care you would any other valuable possession.

All pictures are strictly prohibited from being used without expressed written consent from Ken Smiegowski.  All sales are final.  If any damage is incurred during shipping a replacement will be sent out.  If you choose to buy a picture thorugh paypal but do not choose the correct shipping option then an additional funds request will be sent to you to pay for the proper amount of shipping.  If you are unsure of any of this please give us a call or email us.

SHIPPING:

Prices in the shopping cart are an estimate but can vary depending on the type or products.  For example, 2 framed pictures cost more to ship than a gallery wrap or multiple prints.  If the shipping cost is less than estimated the customer will automatically be refunded the difference.  If the shipping is more than estimated then the customer will be notified to approve or deny the additional charges.

Orders can be placed via email or over the phone and can be paid for with check, credit card, Paypal, money order, or cashier's check (after clearing).
